Here are the key features of our Wind-Resistant Greenhouse:

1. Plastic Cover: The greenhouse features a highly durable plastic cover with a thickness of 200 microns. It is made with an anti-condensation inner layer and a high UV-resistant top layer. The plastic cover can be easily replaced or covered by any shadecloth as per your preference.

2. Steel Frame: The body frame of the greenhouse is constructed using hot galvanized steel pipes. The column and end posts have a size of 32mm x 1.5mm, while the purlin posts have a size of 32mm x 1.2mm with three lines. The spacing between the posts has been optimized to provide stronger resistance to the overall structure, reducing stress and ensuring longevity.

3. Ventilation: The polytunnel structure offers full-side ventilation with mesh panels. These panels can be easily opened or closed using handles, allowing excellent airflow and temperature regulation. The ventilation system is efficient, particularly during hot summers. It is lightweight and easy to use.

4. Installation: The greenhouse is designed to be a simple DIY unit that can be assembled without welding or heavy machinery. With just 2-3 people, the structure can be set up in a couple of days. However, if you prefer professional installation, we can arrange it upon request.

5. Size & Extensions: The greenhouse has a width of 5m and a length of 4m, providing a total area of 20 sqm. It has a wall height of 1.6m (with 50cm column dig in the ground) and an apex height of 3m, making it spacious and comfortable to work in. Additionally, 4m extensions are available, allowing for customization and potential expansion of the greenhouse up to a maximum length of 100m.

6. Warranty: The Wind-Resistant Greenhouse is designed to cover winds up to 100km/h. However, its performance can be enhanced if positioned appropriately. We offer a warranty period of 5 years, providing you with peace of mind.
